MIXER GRINDER MANUFACTURING DEFECT

I had purchased a mixer grinder cum food processor through online booking system of Jaipan. The delivery of the same was given to me after a long gap of about 1 months and after lots of harrassments. vide invoice no.255 dated 16/10/08 for rs.3363. i had also made a written complaint regarding the defects as a) bottom panion of the grinder jar has been torned off in a single use. b) huge sound on motor c) jars contains full manufacturing defect and food processor not functioning well.

Under this circumstances they are turning a deaf ear and not at all entertaining the compaints of the products.
