Jaipan Jumbo Roti Maker
Defective piece given and the Company not giving replacement or refund

I purchased the above Roti Maker from Andheri, Muthulaxmi Stores. No doubt the shop fellow has given full support for the faulty piece delivered. This Jaipan Company is not a good one and everybody has grievance about its products that they are defective and not working properly. Their service is also not good and prompt. They do not come even if you call them and just give promises. I have spent Rs.1200/- for buying this Roti Maker for my convenience, but it is of no use and my money has gone waste. I bought it in August and it is still under warranty.

Can I get help from consumer forum to settle this issue? Can I get a fresh new piece as replacement for the defective one? Please let me know. I shall be grateful to you'll.
