Sub: Non-Receipt of F.D. certificate despite of reminders. Suspected Criminal

Foul play.

I have applied for Fixed Deposit Vide Application no: 168345 dated 15.06.09 for Rs.15000/- vide chq no 111215 drwan on Saraswat Bank, Kandivli -West branch, Mumbai fvg M/s. Jaiprakash Associates Ltd.

The abovementioned chq is debited to my Saving bank A/c no 3034 on 17.06.09 I have sent letter and bank certificate on 05.10.09 vide speed post receipt no SP EMO37941982 IN to your Noida office. Bank certificate is certififying that above cheque is debited to my S.B.A/c on 17.06.09

More than 5 months have passed but your Fixed Deposit Department has failed to sent me Fixed Deposit CErtificate despite of my remiders. They have NOT even replied to my letter dated 5/10

I am suspecting criminal foul play and misappropriation of Fixed Deposit amount. This need sever action against persons responsible. This spoils company's name also

I once again request you to kindly send me FIXDEPOSIT CERTIFICATE immediately without any further delay. Any further delay from your side will force me to complain to stock exchanges, SEBI, and company law board and also legal action
