Irresponsible job of college

I am a student of mechanical engineering in the college mentioned above.

The college is responsible for not fulfilling the omr sheet completely as required for

a subject 'Machine Design lab'

As a result of this i was considered absent by the university though i took the exam.

How should i respond to this?
