My P.F. Account no. is DL /309/909. I was working with Jaipur Golden Tpt Company Ltd. & retired on 27/10. All my dues in respect of PF amount are still not released. I hereby lodged my complaint & request you to release my all dues immediately. I had submitted all documents in this regard to your office. My communication address is given below. Pls. treat the matter as urgent & do the needful. In case, I have not received any reply within 15 days I have no other option to report this matter to your higher authority.
