DBC ISSUE

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have Single LPG Domestic gas connection with the IOCL (Indane Gas). I am facing problem due to only one cylinder because so many times refilling of gas cylinder takes so many days. And during that time we suffer for the fuel. With reference to my last complaint no.10922 the dealer increases the pain of us.

I had also asked for DBC (Duoble cylinder connection) before 6 months, i had taken so many visits of the dealers office, But he is not giving me satisfied response. He refused to give the 2nd cylinder connection to me. Also he had not booked my request online and told me that "we not write your request online and not deliever you the 2nd cylinder, do as you can do". He has just maintained a simple stationary register and they wrote my request yesterday after a very hard discussion. The Dealer do the work with bribes and only for his correspondance persons. He dosn't take cares of normal persons like me. His response is so worse.

So plz Solve my problem of DBC as earlier as possible. I will be so graceful to you.
