PAYMENT FOR NON EXISTANT LOAN

During the last 5 months I have been receiving message on my cell phone (9999 326803) and phone calls from ICICI to pay the outstanding EMI dues. I contacted the Costomer Cell in Feb '09 and they told me that there has been an error as the loan is not given you and you will not recieve any more messages. But inspite of that I have been receiving this message for the last 3 months. I wrote to the HEAD CUSTOMER CARE and they also sent a mail reply that there has been a mix up and they are sorry for the same. After that I again recd the message and sent the mail on June 21st. I also recived a call from the Bank to pay thecvoutstanding loan. I told the caller that I don't have any such loan LPDELXX2845 and there is no reason to pay and outstanding of Rs 100, 080 by May 31st. And then again I sent a mail and the Customer Care executive now wants to know what mesages I have been recieiving on my cell phone. I am appalled at such a lethargic attittude on the part of the Bank and its Customer cell. God forbid I may face the loan recovery agents form the bank some day to recove the loan which I have not taken.
