False Promises - WORST SERVICE!!!

I booked a Maruti WagonR from the following dealer

Jalan Distributors - Maruti Udyog Ltd

Moulali, 27/1A, CIT Road, Moulali,

Kolkata, West Bengal 700000,

India.

On the 20th of September. I was assured by the sales representative Mr Ramkrishno Ghosh and Mr Chanchal Neogi that the car would be delivered by the 10th of October.

However, till date they have not yet been able to process my loan amount of mere 1.55 lacs, let alone delivering the car.

I contacted Mr Ramkrishno Ghosh and Mr Chanchal Neogi several times, but they repeatedly said that there's nothing they could do at this stage and insisted me to hold more patience, they have no idea when the car would be delivered.

I booked the car especially for Diwali and it seems that there's no way I can get it by then.

I am extremely disappointed by the service of Jalan Distributors and would strong discourage anyone from buying a car from them.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH JALAN. THEY'RE THE WORST!!!
