Phone dead since 1 month

My phone no is 0261 3053737 & it is dead since last 1 month

sometime it is work & some time Its not work

i gave atlist 5 to 10 times complain at your ph no 30337777

& they all were gave me same answer like...

1 sorry sir

2 your complain will be solved with in 24 hours

3 please check your cable

4 this is lasat time

5 i m taking your special requiest

6 give me your alternet contact no.

7 please note your complain no.

this type of answers i m listening every time, so is this our reliance service?

i m reliance share holder & i have total 16 (sixteen) connections of land line,

mobile & broad band net.

so now u tell me sir, while now what can i do?

if u cant solve my problem this time on permenent basis i have to change all my

connections in to other company.

now its all depend on u.

i can wait more 24 hours & then after u cant solve my problem i will be divert

to other company.
