Oad band conn. not working since last 1 month

we are using broad bank services from BSNL. but we regret to inform you that since last 1 month we are not able to using your services.

we have regd. a complain on 14/5/08 and complain no. is 16867 and second one complain is also regd. on 24/5/08 and complain no. is 377.

today your engineer mr. rana, came from naranpura tele. exchange, ahmedabad and nothing can be done uptill now.

please note sir, kindly reimburse the amount in billing that we are not able to using broad band line due to your fault.

we also again request you to resolve the problem as early as possible.

you action in this matter is highly appricate.
