Not delivery of speed post (missing)

I have done an speed post on 7 May from hyderabad to Anantapur city bearing Speed post No. EN403266604IN.So far it was not deliver to the address. I have contacted jama osmania post office, they are not responding to my call, simply saying that they have not receive any SP with this number on that day. Sir, i have my electronic generated speed post receipt with me.

Sir, in post office from where i have done the speed post, records of my SP number is their in electronic generated computer list of 7 mayin serial no.3 along with jamaosmania post office stamp seal... this indicate that they have done some thing wrong...

Sir, its very urgent for me to get my SP deliver to Address or receive back to me as soon as possible.

Sir, i am looking for positive response from your department side in my case.
