Not Recieveing Credit Card

Hi

This is in refrence of my card application no 1470800 . i wish to inform you that i get a message on my mobile that my card has been approved on 24th jan and i recived the sealed pin number for the same on but till date i am not geeting the card . i am in tension that any body can use this card as i am not getting the reply from bank after several complaints. I call several times in customer care but in vain.
