On my visit to Bombay stockExchange website I found that company is not sick and it is live and its share are quoted.

Then why as a share holder I have not received Notice of AGM and its annual report since many years please explain and arrange to sent it without fail in future.

Further I downloaded company’s Annual report from Bombay stock exchange website and found that

“The company shared its earnings with the shareholders and

paid an interim dividend of `1 per equity share during the F.Y.

11 and also proposing to pay final dividend of `1 per

equity share.“

I wish to inform you here with on record for full investigation that I have not received interim dividend of Rs.1/rpeeone on my 485eq.shares. So please investigate and advive me what further action I am required to receive my dividend amount.
