Dear Sir

two month before Reliance money agent mr. RAVAT SING (09350098928) at Gurgaon came to me and asked to open an account, i have submitted all relivant documents and cheque to mr Ravat Sing. after 15 days RS 500/ was deducted from my account but my account was not open, after that Mr. Ravat Singh again came to me and recieved cross cheque from me and assured me account will open within 10 days. Now when i am calling him he is not picking up the mobile . is this the way of cheating the customer? from your company and your agents? Provide me immediate solution over this otherwise i wil file legal offence against your agent and company.
