Overcharging on MRP

Dear Sir,

We glade to inform you that one of our retail shop keeper is overcharging on MRP on goods e.g cold drinks. A 500ml cold drinks MRP 25/- they are selling in 28/- means 3 Rs. extra on MRP while we noticed them about this extra charges they rudely said "LE NA HAI TO LO" the same things doing their neighbor shopkeeper also. After his taking extra charges they also charging extra.

So i request you sir plz look into this matter and take serious action against them.
