I had taken personal loan from the bank at that time bank has issue me 4500 rs share certificate and after that I closed my loan and given application alongwith share certificate resignation letter and instruct to bank for the depositing money to my saving account with the bank but till today after 3 years of taking folloup with the bank and bank is not giving the money.

I am in contact with mr. Advant Mr. Sonavane and Bank manager but every time they are giving answer to me next week you will received DD of your amount and not sending. Now i am very much frustating that i am not getting my money back and bank people is harrasing me by saying that will give by next week hence i will request to consumer forum that take strict action against the bank and give the instruction to bank for the returning money alongwith the interest
