Efil booking & delivery

I residing at Belanagar Govt Colony under poclice station at Bally, Howrah 711 205, W.B. resi phone no 033 26595419 suffering from HP L.P. Gas Supply. It tooks nowadays arround one month to get delivered at home. Recently there are lot of problems while we book the refil, without any reason they cancel our booking and harras us. If I don't get any rapid solution I'll immediately transfer my connection to either Indane or Bharat Gas.
