I wish to advise you that in our company we have BSNL landline No.2357-6302. Of course this telephone line is working perfectly O.K. Further we have Internet connection also.

Our complaint relating to Billing.

We used to receive bills and regularly pay the amount.

We have received a bill for August as ZERO payment.

We were under the impression that in the next bill, all telephones and internet charges of August would be incorporated in September bill but it was not the case.

When we received September bill it was for Rs.454/- only. Further in this bill charges towards internet is not included.

We therefore request to look into the matter and do the needful.
