Sir,

It is to inform you that during the month of May I received call from Mr. Tarun, (09810557838) Customer Care Executive of Standard Chartered and he offered personal loan of Rs.14, 000/-. As a well reputation of your bank I accepted his offer but on the other hand I made few demands from my i.e I asked him that I would like to take cheque after 8th June and billing of loan must be started from the month of July. Mr. Tarun accepted my offer likewise.

But, on the contrary I received cheque before 8th June and later I spoke to Mr. Tarun he again assured that the billing will be started after July but somehow or other I don’t have faith on him. So, I may request you to kindly assure me in written (through email or SMS) from the senior officer of your bank that the billing will be started from July onwards.
