Phone is Dead since last 4 days

Hi..

This is Dr. Ashutosh Gumber, wants to say that I took my landline connection (0260-2461303) last month but since then the phone is dead atleast 3 days a week n since last 4 days my phone is not working. Twice or thrice daily I am giving call to the concered people in Vapi and Valsad exchage, though getting assurance of correction but everytime it is the same.

Kindly consider the problem and please do needful in time.
