Is this true

I received an email from japan email lottery that i have won cash prize of 800, 000 dollars from a lottery which is conducted every year through computer ballot system. It was promoted by some sotware corporation.they told me to send my information stated as below

5. Occupation:

6. Phone/Fax:

i gave them all the particulars they wanted.they have again mailed to get the dues from cbk bank of china asia pecific, for which they want more personal/account information.kindly advise what to do. should i go or not.
