Stop a sms service

I have a airtel prepaid connection, i works fine until now, somedays before i subscribed for cricket alerts thru 55381 and they continuosly sending updates for cricket every now and then which i didnot prefer, so i called customer care and i can't get a solution because connecting to a customer care executive is like searching for a needle in haystack the customercare executive menu is well hidden inside all submenus, every time we have search for that menu.if it is available in the main page or second page it would be very helpful.coming to the point, i would like to stop that service 55381 ie, please tell me what to type and whom to send.email me pleaseeeeee.
