Sir on 482010 i did an online payment to snap deal .com for coupons purchasing through my net banking account from south indian bank the amount was rs3550, on 10102010 i received the message that the coupons has been sent to other customer, i have sent them my bank statement also, for past 4days i am keep on mailing and telephonic conversation but i was not getting any positive response, this problem was also with one mr george who purchased the coupons from them, Sir please look into it and do the needful...
