My balance money is not crediting to my account after submission of application by registry post over 3 months of time

I have opened RD account (NO-01294013890) with SBI kodala on 19.12.05 was suppose to be matured on dec on termination i send a registry letter to BM SBI KODALA on 25/03 to credit the matured amount to my sbi a/c at jalahalli, west bangalore and called them several time, but till date no action has been taken on the same.
