Big Black Scar Left after Blood Donation

Hi,

I donated blood in the blood bank of Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Bhopal on Thursday 06/08. After the blood was taken, I had severe pain in my hand and within 2-3 hours I had a big black scar on my forehand which is still visible on my hand.

I consulted a doctor in Mumbai and he told me that the scar is not due to blood clotting but it is due to some internal bleeding caused by improper needle insertion during blood donation and it will remain for a very long time.

I want to file a case against the Jawaharlal Nehru Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Bhopal for physical injury caused and want to claim compensation of atleast Rs60, 000.

Please escalate this matter.
