Sir/Madam,

My name is Mr. A.V.Bala subramanian (9841326606). My consumer no. 52620. I had booked a gas cylinder 10 days back, by coming in person to Jaya gas distributors, in porur, chennai. They said i would be delivered in 10 days. As promised they have done it today. This mail is not a complaint but appreciation about their sales persons work. The address mentioned in the bill was: a.v. balasburamanian, 5A manapakkam high road, manapakkam, chennai - 600 116. which is not full. Morning around 10 am a delivery person called my number and enquired where my house was situated. I had explained and instantly he recognised the location and came swiftly and deliered the cylinder. The actual address has to be: a.v.balasubramanian 5A Mukthi apartments, Manapakkam high oad, manapakkam, chennai - 116. Inside the apartment there are 22 houses. We are new to this area, so it would be difficuilty to locate our house, yet your delivery person had the common sense to call me and clarify the location. I would like to whole heartedly appreciate the delivery person as well the Jaya gas distributor's work in there office too. I request you to kindly update the correct address in your records for future correspondances.
