Poor in Service

I am R.Kannabiran from Virudhunagar, My customer no. in 25920

Last saturday i called Jayasakthi agencies (04562-244452) for gas leakage problem in my new brought cyclinder. i called them four times. A reception women told me that the service man will come, but no one came. So, i searched for private service man and he serviced the problem. This is very poor service from Jayasakthi Agencies, Virudhunagar.
