Vehicle recovered

Sir, ma'm, We have taken Bajaj Pulsar in 2007. It was a gift from my mother-in-law. She is a teacher in semi-Govt school. And she is not a regular payer, as she gets her salary after 2 or 3 moths. But, when ever she gets the money she pays. After few months one guy called SATISH from BAJAJ collections executive, frequently visits and collects the amount and never produced any receipt, as my mother-in-law trusted him, as he was from BAJAJ FINANCE. She, for some reason coult not pay the E.M.I. for 6 months. But Mr. SATISH received 2 moths E.M.I. of 6 months, and he did not pay to-wards EMI, god knows why did he do that. Yestrerday i was on my way to office, my vehicle was recoverd bluntly, it was a sting operation kind of a thing. Now tell me whoes mistake is that Mr. SATISH did not pay 2 EMI's and used it for his personal reasons. After he came to know that bike was recovered, she called my Mothwer-in-law, he wanted to return the money. And also requested not to inform the BAJAJ FInance and me offcourse. Is there something not fishy in this. This is my ULTIMATUM to BAJAJ FINANCE if they don't take action soon i'm going to do something i should't do. I have hard proof with me about Mr. SATISH.
