Quantity of cement

Sir.. i would like to inform you that i am residing in ludhiana (punjab)... and we had started the construction work at our factory premises 2 months ago and its almost done. now we have started construction at our residential place. we are using jaypee cement from the very starting and had already consumed 350 bags of cement and now when we had ordered 50 bags more and by chance i had randomly weight some of them and they are found to be lesser in quantity (that is bag of 50 kg cement has only 45 kg cement). and this happened with 10 bags out of 50 bags. i dont know how much it was lesser earlier when i didnt weight at all. i want to sue this company and ready for any legal proceedings against this company. please reply me as soon as possible.
