False committment/cheating with the coustomers

Pls note that i have been allotted a unit in jaypee green's aman project at 20th floor. i confirmed the

location of the unit from aman's office than i came to know this is a top

floor flat situated on 20th floor.

at the time of booking i was told by the company that there are two types of tower 12

& 16th floor rise in project "Aman". now with out any information the project plan has been changed & i

have been given the 20th floor which is the breach of trust. while at

the time of booking it was not communicated to me that the tower rise

will be up to 20th floor. even broucher of the company also contaion the G 12 & G 16 floor towers. company has made money by raising the height of towers. while the customer is feeling cheated.

pls suggest how to proceed further to seek justice.
