No replacements of defective parts in warranty period

I have purchased a brand new car 'FIAT Adventure Sports 1.6' from Jay-Vijay MOTORS, Pune during Diwali 2006.

My car is having defective sit (drivers sit). I have approached them for the same whilst my car was in warranty period but still there is no response at all.

Kindly do some strict act against them.
