Speed Post not getting delivered

Speed Post thru Indian Postal Service was booked on 13th March but till today it is not delivered in Gurgaon. My Docket no is EU704300367IL and article no 4514 booked from Gorakhpur to Gurgaon.

I have spoken on Toll free helpline thay told that the packet is opened on 16th March but then it is sent to South City -Gurgaon. Taken the pelephone nos (at leat 12 nos) but none of the no's are correct or working.

It contain very important medical documents and it's very urgent.

I just pity for myself that why we thought Govt services are safest,

Don't know how to make approach to right place, no contact details aval.
