NON-DELIVERY OF GAS IN TIME

We hereby inform you that, I have been booked my Cylinder on 24th of February and as of date I have not received the Cylinder. At the same time on my enquiry, I have not received any proper reply from their end either Phone or in person. This is happening not only this time and more over I have been irritated by the way of improper reply by them in most of the cases. And also they are giving delivery of the cylinder more than 15 days in all the time even non-peak seasons also that too our regular followups. My assumsion that they are misusing the Cylinders by the way of selling outsiders instead of giving regular customers.

Hence, I request your good self to kindly take necessary action in this Agency to arrange good service to all the clients atleast in future.
