Harrasment, misbehaviou

Today i hired an auto (DL-1RK 5242) from chanakyapuri to safdarjung enclave. the driver was dead drunk... which i realised only when we narrowly missed a car. on being questioned about his state he misbehaved with me. when i got down i threatened him with complaining to the police... the contempt that he showed was unbelievable-he said he drinks everyday.

i hope action is taken otherwise this sorry state of affairs will continue and this cannot be allowed.
