Sub: Compliant against the ICICI Bank for the refusal to Payment to the seller who used ICICI swipe Machine for HSBC Credit card compliant No. SR64973069 and New compliant No. SR66075430 (ICICI Bank)

I have made a Credit card swip on 14th April with Jeba Associate for Rs.63000 for the following Materials. 1. Sony Handy Cam, 2. Nokia mobil N73 and 3. Sony 810i mobile. For this I have used HSBC Credit Card and the sell swiped the card in ICICI Swipe Machine. Seller had told me to take the material delivery by that day evening, Since I had some urgent work I went on 15th Afternoon for taking delivery. But, the seller refused to deliver the material by saying that ICICI Bank has blocked the payment for the seller. And the seller is not taking it seriously and says a regular answer I didn't got the payment till date. I sat along with the seller and made him to speak with the ICICI Bank Customer care (Merchant Banking). On 3-May we got a complient No: SR64973069. After speaking with Mr. Srinivsan, Kalyani, Mr. Vikram, Mr. Raman. After 10 Days on 13-May they said they will give a new complient No: SR66075430. When the seller asked about the earlier complient they did resonded properly. Like this they made me to spend 4 hours for meeting the seller and for speaking to ICICI Bank Staff. On 14th May - 4.30 PM We spoke to Mr. Mukesh he told to speak to Avijith and Mr. Avijith told to contac on 19th May and we spoke at 6 pm on 19th May Mr. Avijith didn't came online Mr. Madhav spoke to us and said amount will be credited on 21-May. We spoke to Lakshmi at 21-May 3.45 pm she didn't responded properly and again spoke to Mr. Mahesh at 6.10 on 21-May we didn't got any proper answer and they tried to give another compliant number. I am totally got frustrated with the ICICI Bank and I have spent 4 Hours every day with regard to this. Now I’m paying Interest for this transaction to HSBC Bank without collecting the material. Again and Again they are trying to give new Compliant Number and there is no proper answer from the ICICI Bank Staffs

Past one month ICICI Bank staff were not able to give a solution to it or they doesn’t give any proper answer to the seller.

In HSBC Bank they are not taking the compliant and in ICICI Bank, they won’t talk or take compliant of the Card Holder. Seller is also not taking interest to speak to ICICI Bank. And in this I want this ICICI Bank people to bare the interest which I have paid to HSBC Bank. I don’t know where to approach for solving this Issue.
