Pending of Death claim policy of my fathe

My father insured one jeevan Anand policy for one lakh in the month of march he was expired on 26.5. i submitted in Nalgonda LIC Office for death claim, due to unecessary rules in LIC's, saying 3 years are not completed from the date of commencement to date of death, and finally the claim is rejected. My father is an Government Employee, before he expired he is in leave for 4 months, due to leave period the department not paid the premiums for 4 months (salary saving scheme). Till now the lic authorities is not claiming the policy for 4 years, and also says that the grace peroid for jeevan anand policy is only one month.

But my father is in leave period the government has no right to pay the premuims while the insurer is in leave, because the salary is not eligible for leave period. Hence the dept not paid for 4 months.

so finally there is no mistake from us, we are eligble for claim or else exgratia for 90%, The zonal office, saifabad is delaying our claim for 4, 1/2 years, if not taken any action on the above complaiant we will approach for media or court of law, they will decide the correct decision.
