Overcharging

I was recently charged Rs. 16 for a 7UP (soft drink) which has an MRP of Rs. 15. There was a big advertisement at the shop that 7UP (the new lemon flavour) MRP Rs. 15. After I had the drink, he charged me Rs. 16 citing Rs. 1 as the cooling charge. I have also acquired a bill from the chemist for the same which mentions Rs. 16 as the charge. I know it's illegal and would like to register a complaint against the chemist. Please let me know how do I go about it. Thanks.
