Sub:- Regarding cheating by Jeevan Motors Maruti Dealer, Bhopal.

Sir,

This is hereby informed that my self Sachin Malviya (Bhopal), during May enquired to buy a Maruti Zen Lxi from Bhopal Maruti dealer (Jeevan Motors), subsequently an executive along with ICICI finance person visited me and tool some loan formalities paper by saying its just for sanctioning the loan from ICICI Bank, after few days he visited me again and told me your loan has been sanctioned you just give me some cheques and after paying required down payment, vehicle will be yours. But I refused by saying I have yet not decided any thing about Maruti Zen Lxi even I am still searching little more. Then he said don’t worry sir this is just for loan you can buy any car by this, hurry up otherwise your loan will be lapsed. We don’t disburse any loan without customer’s permission, I thought there is no harm and did the same. After few days I got information that your loan has disbursed and now you have to purchase Maruti Zen Lxi. Despite me neither endorsed any formal booking nor paid any down payment. Now that was moving something force selling even ahead of miss selling. Now these days consecutively third month repayment cheques has been presenting by ICICI bank without owned any vehicle.

Now before taking some legal step against Jeevan Motors, I expect some justice from your esteemed group (Maruti Udyog Ltd.) because it’s a simple case of cheating.
