Pension thru ECS

I have been getting Pension thru your Policy No: 112777643 (Jeevan Suraksha) by way of monthly cheques upto Aprir 2009. Further pension has not been recieved so far.

I had applied to avail ECS facility a few months back, but nothing has been heard from your side till date. All formalities as desired by your office to avail ECS facility were completed. Kindly arrange to disburse my Pension thru ECS into my Savings Account No: 10341669694 with State Bank of India, Saket, New Delhi at your earliest.
