Pension plan - less amount received

Sir,

My Jeevan Suraksha Policy No is 320618270. I was subscribing it and my monthly premium was recovered and sent to the LIC Office at Tuticorin, Tamilnadu.

The policy vested on 28.04.2008 and I was given option to choose the pension payment vide their letter No. IPP/755/Annuity Option/122/0000002 dated 05.03.2008.Accordingly as per the table of option I have chosen the OPTION F - Annuity for life with Return of purchase price on Death and the amount of Annuity payble is Rs.1074/-.

I received 13 cheque leaves the first one for Rs.164 and the remaining 12 cheques for Rs.1064/- i.e less by Rs.10/- each

AS I HAVE to get Rs.1074/- on every month as per the table of Annuity payable amount I request you to look into the matter and arrange to send the short paid amount (of Rs.10/- each month) at your earliest.
