Subject:-Complaint for performance of WagonR LXI, problem which can not be solved by your staff.

D/Sir,

I have purchased WagonR in July09 from your show room, which was selected by your staff as I was to go out of station.

The performance of vehicle is not satisfactory which was informed to your GM and work shop, they have attended the problem four to five times, but there is no improvement.

1. average is 8-9 kilometer per titre.

2. Running is not smooth.

3. Window glasses are giving sound during runing.

4. A/C not effective.

5. I had made payment through cheque, out of which I have to get refund of rupees 2775/= app.

6. which has not been paid till date apart my time to time reminders.

You are requested to get the vehicle checked thoroughly, to get satisfactory performance.

Vehicle has run more than 2000 kilometer and I had paid double the running cost.

Earlier I had Zen LX from your showroom which has given very good performance
