Baggage not yet received

I was travelling from my holiday in Europe back to India. I had a break in journey from Rome to Mumbai ex Frankfurt on January 22. I took a Lufthansa flight - LH3953 from Rome to Frankfurt. I was supposed to travel from Frankfurt to Mumbai, India by Air India - AI 0126. I checked in 4 bagages at Rome, only to find 3 at Mumbai. I have been informed by Air India people that Lufthansa has not forwarded all the four bagages and are not replying their messages. What do I need to DO??? it is very urgent and serious for me. My baggage contains valuable such as Euro 800. Sony Camera, my complete wardrobe, gifts purchased from Europe for family and friends. Please help me. My file reference no with Air India is BOMAI73746/22Jan08/2117GMT. TAG No LH167922. it is a grey/black colour Bagpack with 'DKR' initials on it and name of bag manufacturer 'Season' mentioned on it.

Please help me!!!
