PF not creditted int o my account

Hi

I am Naveena D'souza, EX Jet Airways staff. I resigned last year but still my PF is not settled. I have enquired with my BANK their they say have have not recived any amount such.

My P.FUND No- MH/39804/14008

MY ACCOUNT NO-016901525986 ICICI BANK- INDIRA NAGAR BRANCH SALARPURIA HOUSE, 496 CMH ROAD INDIRA NAGAR, BANGALORE-560008.

As I enquired Bom office they confirm that settlement is done. As also given me the cheque details of my amount Cheque No-47433 & 126332.

But when I enquired my Bank they have not recived or creditted any such cheques into my account.

So I request you to kindly look into this matter and advise me as soon as possiable.
