Gud afternoon sir, we want to bring in your notice the extra payment taken at bangalore airport and harasment we suffered because of there staff. girl atending there was talking very rudely and when we asked her dat wat is your name she refused to tel. i told dis to M r. gururaj there customer relation person he responded today after so many days saying dat still search is going on. i send him details of each and everything. then why taking so much time to investigate. sending you also one copy and want immediate action. we want money back and compensation for harasment. hope that you will not behave like them and will take immediate action.
