Refund against cancellation of air tickets

I have booked three tickets on Mumbai -chennai sector on 8th Jan for the travel date of 14th May. THe e ticket numbers were 5892176475626, 5892176475627 and 5892176475628. The tickets were purchased by paying through credit card. All the three tickets were cancelled on 7th May. Inspite of several calls to customer care, the refund amount has not been credited to my credit card account.
