Refund of cancelled ticket not recd

I had booked two tickets of spicejet SG343 From Jp to Mu 18/08/09 in name of

sunita bapna & Dr AJIT singh Bapna PNR No. O1YWDQ

And REturn journey ticket o f Dr. Ajit Singh Bapna on 24/08/09 PNR No. ZZS5LW

Dr bapna could not undertake the journey so we cancelled both tickets in his name

the cancellation No is K1YDAV

We have recd cacellation amount of one ticket only and inspite of talking to customer care i ahve not recd the amt for one ticket

i booked the tickets through HDFC Credit Card

pl look into the matter asmore than 2 moths have passed
