Major delay caused huge loss to me

I was expecting a cargo mail by jet airways 9w 2306 on 19 march at 10.00pm from delhi.i had very important doccuments of travelling in the cargo sent by greek embassy in new delhion the basis of these doccument i was suppose to travel further abroad same day early morning .this flight was delay by 4 hr reached mumbai at 320am morning due to this delay i miss my flight, i missed by very important appointment in athens due to that i suffered huge loss in case of money and time.

here by jet airways is fully responsible of for my mental and physical harrassment and losses caused by the nigligence in the service.
