Flight charges deducted from my account without rendering service

Dear Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that an issue has arise with me while booking your online ticket.

When I was trying to book Jetairways ticket from Delhi to Kuwait, Flight no 9W 572 through internet on dated 07-04-08 the website/net responded in a uncertain way while clicking enter key to confirm the money transaction. I tried twice and both time it was a failure in confirming my ticket. Thus, I was Compelled to take a ticket through an agent near my residence. This all happened when I was on my vacation in India.

No online purchase or any confirmation message was displayed by your website. I also cleared this out by visiting your airlines office locating in Madhuban udaipur (Raj).

Here the issues is that IRS 9381.00 was deducted by my ICICI bank account on that day, stating that it has been transferred to Jetairways account

so kindly do the needed at the earliest.

An immediate response shall be highly appreciable.
