MISHANDLED BAGGAGE

Sir,

I am very sorry to say that this year Holidays I had undergone lot of mental stress, turmoil, inconvinience and immense hardship for no fault of mine.

I was on a holiday trip to Fareast and JetAirways Mishandled my baggage and this incident happened on the very start and first leg of my tour. I lost all my and my wife"s cloth, Mobile chargers, immitation jewellary toiletaries etc. We had to spend entire trip on single pair of clothes as i was not carring that much money and was also finding the place too expensive.

JetAirways have now declared the baggage as Lost and is compensating only Rs.16, 264/- for the same, although my clothes and articles are worth Rs.74, 000/- app.
