This is to bring into your notice regarding loss/ Stolen mobile of mine during travel by Jet Lite Flight No. S 2 – 391 on 28.10.2009 (Delhi to Dibrugarh).

Luggage No.: 0705 S2455530 (One Bag)

Departure from Delhi: 9:55 A.M. Arrival at Dibrugarh: 1:35 P.M.

To my utter surprise and disbelief (shock), I found that my mobile was taken out from my luggage bag.

The mobile having model no E63 Imei no. 359319025684037

I was more shocked and displeased when the Jet Lite Security Supervisor and Jet Lite Administrative Staff at Dibrugarh Domestic Airport had straight away refused to put any sort of help to me. They simply told, send us E-mail.

Hence forth I am putting an SOS appeal with request to your esteemed authorities that please take an immediate enquiry on this “Shameful Incident” and if possible, please arrange to return my precious mobile from the actual CULPRITS.

I do hope that proper justice will be given to me and I shall be pleased with that. If I don’t get justice, I shall be forced to put up my issue before the further higher authorities. In that case I shall have a second thought for boarding Jet Flights.
